With a highly trained, multi-skilled and motivated workforce, AMK Maintenance provides the complete reactive building maintenance service our customers demand.

All jobs are dealt with promptly and efficiently by staff with corporate workwear and photographic ID. We have operated an apprentice scheme since the 1990’s and take pride in providing quality inhouse training for all staff on an ongoing basis.
All field staff are CSCS / CRB registered and AMK Maintenance carry full public liability insurance up to £10m.

Well, a good, fast service should be taken as read, but our core strength and the key to our success is organisation and efficiency. We have been established since 1985 and our back office expertise is second to none, ensuring the right operative is matched to each job.

Operatives are fully briefed on all elements of the job in hand and are properly equipped and trained to ensure a successful outcome. Getting it right first time, every time is our aim, leaving your premises clean and tidy after each job.

Furthermore we strive to continuously improve our service. We encourage and welcome constructive feedback from clients and suppliers and take action to make our service better. If anything does go wrong, we do everything in our power to put it right, without delay, without fuss.

Each customer has different expectations and requirements, so our job is to listen, interpret and work with you to find optimum solutions. Our business ethic is to build strong working relationships with customers over a long period of time.
